DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION

Rebecca holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from NIDA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama Studies from Edith Cowan University. These degrees have provided her with a solid background in policy analysis and the performing arts.

This background has been further developed through her professional experience. As the Director of Education at Sydney Actors School, Rebecca teaches across the Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses, leads a team of specialist tutors, manages curriculum design and implementation, and ensures compliance and governance. Her extensive experience in the arts education sector as a teacher, trainer, assessor, actor, and workshop facilitator further establishes her as a leader in the field.

Over the past 15 years, Rebecca has coached actors and corporate leaders through her work with Enlighten Education, NIDA, Provoke Performance, and the University of Sydney. She has also delivered training programs and facilitated workshops focused on women’s advocacy and support for survivors of family and domestic violence. Her strong commitment to advocating for women and girls drives her efforts in these areas.
