Joachim is a trilingual English, French, Dutch actor born in Belgium.
After receiving the 2016 SAS Screen-Actor Award, he studied on scholarship at Sydney Actors School.
While working with Anthony Skuse on the Simon Stephens play Herons, Joachim was given the chance to explore his unique transformative qualities when he was cast as the 40-year-old Charlie.
He also worked on Mel Gibson’s blockbuster Hacksaw Ridge, BBC Two’s Top of the Lake, feature film Roommates and several short films.
His theatre credits include Romeo & Juliet, Orestes and Herons.
